What you receive
Each product is supplied as a ZIP containing its guided planner and fillable PDF guides in A4 and US Letter. The current edition is in English. The Family Digital Starter Bundle includes First Phone & AI Setup, AI Homework Reset and Family AI Agreement, plus its bundle planner and companion guide. First Phone & AI Setup also includes Family AI Agreement; you do not need to buy the agreement separately.
On a computer
- Download and unzip the file.
- Open START.html in a current browser. Keep the included folders and files together.
- Use the planner's progress-download function before closing it. Your work is not saved automatically.
On a phone or tablet
Open Guide_A4.pdf or Guide_US_Letter.pdf in a PDF reader that supports form filling. Make and save a test entry before completing the guide. The interactive browser planner is intended for computers.
Need help?
Email hello@ellenireil.com with your order number, product name and a short description of the problem. For file issues, include the guide version and the device or PDF reader you used. Do not send passwords or your child's private conversations.
These are self-paced educational resources. Calls, personal coaching, device setup and a subscription are not included. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Nach bestätigter Zahlung wird der Download bereitgestellt. Sie erhalten eine E-Mail, sobald die Dateien zum Herunterladen bereitstehen. Es fallen keine Versandkosten an.
Entpacken Sie die ZIP-Datei auf einem Computer und öffnen Sie START.html in einem aktuellen Browser. Lassen Sie alle enthaltenen Dateien zusammen und laden Sie vor dem Schließen Ihren Fortschritt herunter; der Planer speichert nicht automatisch. Auf Smartphone oder Tablet verwenden Sie die ausfüllbaren PDFs in einem geeigneten PDF-Reader. Prüfen Sie das Speichern zunächst mit einer Testeingabe.
